We'll go the places they'll go to understand what working for you might be like, we will compare that with your key competitors, and we will draw on our experience of exploring and working with hundreds of different organisations.

We'll give you a report that shows where you stand out, where others have strengths you don't and a plan of recommendations for how you can improve.

2) We'll review your employer value proposition through the eyes of your employees
We'll look at all the data you have and any employee listening you've already conducted. If you haven't already done any listening, we'll conduct our own short programme. We'll compare this with our insights on what's important for employees.
We'll give you a report that shows your strengths as an employer. We'll give you plan of areas to explore where you are either missing evidence, or may be able to offer more to your employees.
